IPDG Lance Remic presented Tim Miller, CEO of the Westmoreland County Blind Association, with a check for $3,240.00 from the LOPF to help purchase new shredding equipment for the Blind Associations Shredding Department. Included in the picture are DG Sam Snively, Tim Miller (in the red shirt with blue strips), IPDG Lance Remic, PID Cindy Gregg, and two of the workers from the Blind Association who will be operators of the new shredding equipment.
IPDG Lance Remic presented Lion Doug Baum (President of the District Care-A-Van Board) with a $2,300.00 grant check from the LOPF to help purchase a new Digital Audiometer for the District 14-E Care-A-Van. A Grant check for $2,000 is being presented to District 14-A on 8-21-16 for the purchase of a Kid-Sight Photo Scanner.
